Panagiotis Terezakis, the CEO of the Hellenic Railways Organization (OSE), was summoned to provide explanations to the Larissa Prosecution today regarding the failure to submit video footage from the commercial station in Thessaloniki. Terezakis submitted a written statement through his lawyer, which will be reviewed by the prosecutor to determine if misdemeanor charges will be filed.
