On November 15, the Reading Society will unveil a bilingual album titled ‘From Ionia to Ionian: Refugees in Corfu after the Asia Minor Catastrophe.’ This project, which began in 2022, studies the settlement of refugees from Asia Minor and Eastern Thrace in Corfu, revealing their experiences through personal testimonies. The album includes archival material and new documents, edited by Dr. Efstathios Pouliasis, with translations and contributions from various historians. The accompanying digital exhibition has attracted over 100,000 visitors, facilitating academic and educational research.
