Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov has stated that there is currently no possibility for discussions on reviving strategic stability and arms control dialogues with the United States. According to Ryabkov, Moscow and Washington are communicating interpretations regarding the situation in Ukraine through military and political channels, but meaningful negotiations seem off the table for now.
