A 49-year-old man is now facing murder charges after his partner, 41-year-old Garyfallia, succumbed to severe injuries following an altercation. The incident occurred outside a hotel, where the accused is alleged to have violently assaulted her. After nine days in intensive care, her family made the decision to donate her organs in an act of compassion. The authorities confirmed that the charges against the suspect will be upgraded, as he had claimed to merely push her. He remains in custody pending further legal actions.
