Scheduled for November 13, the event will feature key speakers, including economics expert Grigoris Lionis. Local residents, concerned about environmental impacts and health risks, have submitted a petition with 245 signatures to the municipal council to halt mining activities. This opposition highlights fears that the project could negatively affect the villages of Leptopoda and Agiasmata.
