Suspect Arrested in Toulon Linked to Multiple Violent Assaults Across France
A man was arrested on November 12 on a train from Nice to Marseille for allegedly attacking a young girl. Following checks, police discovered he was wanted on an arrest warrant related to a murder of a homeless man in Lyon. The suspect is also implicated in violent assaults in Evry, Strasbourg, and Dijon. In Lyon, a Moldovan homeless man was found dead with wounds from a concrete block. Dutch authorities are investigating potential links to a similar attack in Rotterdam. An inquiry into the various incidents is ongoing.
