On November 17, 2024, the Greek Ministry of Culture announced new operating hours for the Epigraphic Museum, Numismatic Museum, and Lyceum Archaeological Site, in observance of the 51st anniversary of the Polytechnic Uprising. The adjusted hours are as follows: Epigraphic Museum from 08:30 to 12:30, Numismatic Museum from 08:30 to 13:00, and Lyceum Archaeological Site from 08:00 to 13:00. These changes are in response to events planned in central Athens for the commemorative occasion.
