Airbnb France Chief Critiques New 90-Day Rental Limit
Clément Eurly, the managing director of Airbnb for France and Belgium, expressed strong opposition to a parliamentary decision reducing the rental period for primary residences from 120 to 90 days per year. He argues that the measure has no positive impact on housing and will negatively affect local economies and tax revenues. Eurly’s remarks came during an interview on franceinfo ahead of the Mayors of France conference in Paris, where Airbnb announced a new national data access portal.
