Jürg Capol, CEO of the 2025 Biathlon World Championship in Lenzerheide, expressed confidence in the event’s preparations just three months before its start. With 24,000 tickets already sold, the goal is to attract a total of 55,000 attendees over nine competition days. Capol noted that the success of Swiss athletes in the World Cup leading up to the event and valuable insights gained from December’s World Cup in Lenzerheide will enhance spectator engagement. This championship marks a significant milestone for Capol, who will transition to a new role at Swiss-Ski after the event.
