The Greek Red Cross and the First Municipal Community of Thessaloniki will host an educational workshop on canine first aid on Saturday, November 16, from 12 PM to 2 PM at the Water Amphitheater of the City Hall. The session will cover essential first aid principles including safe dog transport, choking response, wound care, and heatstroke management, using realistic simulations. Participants will learn simple techniques to stabilize a dog’s vital functions, aiming to save lives and prevent worsening conditions.
