The Greek Ministry of Culture is progressing on two key projects in Halki: the establishment of an Archaeological Museum and the restoration of the Panagia Choriani Church. With a budget exceeding €1 million, these initiatives aim to enhance cultural development in the Dodecanese region, particularly benefiting smaller islands. The museum will feature around 100 artifacts from various periods, while the church restoration addresses issues caused by environmental exposure. Both projects are set to create jobs, promote tourism, and increase public engagement with the island’s rich historical heritage.
