James Hitchcock, a non-League footballer, died after an assault in York Station on December 15. Mckenzie Dicicco, 22, has been charged with murder and affray in connection to the incident. At a hearing in Leeds Crown Court, Dicicco was remanded in custody until his next appearance on February 5, with a trial date provisionally set for July.
