Former Christian Louboutin Employee Arrested for €1.5 Million Theft
A 30-year-old woman, formerly with luxury brand Christian Louboutin, was arrested in Paris on November 5 for allegedly stealing approximately 1,400 luxury items valued at €1.5 million. The investigation began after Louboutin discovered unauthorized sales of new collection products online before their official launch. Following a private investigation, evidence led to the ex-employee, who had also recently joined Dior. During the search of her home, police seized 192 luxury items worth €145,000. The woman denies any wrongdoing, claiming that others at Louboutin were involved in similar thefts.
