The Greek Ministry of Digital Governance has initiated a significant project aimed at leveraging Artificial Intelligence to upgrade public administration services. The project, with a budget of €25 million funded by the National Development Program 2021-2025, is now in the phase of an open international tender. It seeks to improve efficiency across various public sectors and aims to digitize, automate, and enhance numerous public administration functions and transactions.
