Greece Launches DYPAdvisors Initiative to Enhance Employment Collaboration

Greece’s Public Employment Service (DYPA) has introduced the DYPAdvisors initiative, aimed at improving cooperation with local businesses to better address labor market needs. Announced by DYPA head Spyros Proto psalts during the DYPA Business Partners Awards, this initiative will form a 15-member team of experienced business leaders to facilitate two-way communication between the service and businesses. Labor Minister Niki Kerameus highlighted recent successes in reducing unemployment to 9.3%, attributing this progress to collaboration between the public and private sectors. The initiative aligns with ongoing efforts to enhance job opportunities and develop essential skills.
