Greece has unveiled the ‘Open Business’ platform, a digital system that simplifies the licensing and oversight process for businesses. Announced by Deputy Minister Anna Mani Papadimitriou, the initiative allows for electronic submissions without in-person visits, ensuring speed, transparency, and reliability. The platform enhances interaction between businesses and the government by consolidating various procedures in a single digital environment. Additionally, it supports interoperability with other public systems and aims to reduce administrative burdens by 25% over the next two years, fostering a more entrepreneur-friendly atmosphere in Greece.
