Influencer Magali Berdah has filed a lawsuit against rapper Booba and the social media platform X (formerly Twitter) for alleged complicity in cyberbullying. The case centers on a campaign of harassment that began in 2022 and escalated to life-threatening threats against Berdah. Following multiple complaints, the Paris prosecutor’s office has opened an investigation, as Berdah claims X intentionally allowed Booba to continue his abusive behavior despite repeated alerts. Booba, whose real name is Elie Yaffa, faces charges of aggravated moral harassment.
