Iran has dismantled 27 International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) surveillance cameras at key nuclear sites following a critical resolution by the agency’s Board of Governors. The resolution, supported by 30 of 35 member countries, expressed concern over Iran’s transparency in its nuclear program, particularly regarding undeclared sites. In response, Iran also announced plans to install advanced IR-6 centrifuges at the Natanz facility. The IAEA’s director highlighted that this move limits the agency’s ability to verify Iran’s nuclear activities, raising international alarm over potential nuclear proliferation.
