Rodrigue Petitot, known as ‘Le R’ and leader of the RPPRAC, was arrested by police on November 12 following his intrusion into the Martinique prefecture’s residence. The incident occurred the previous day, when Petitot and three others attempted to breach security while demanding immediate access to a minister visiting the island. This bold action triggered a formal complaint, with the Martinique prefect labeling the behavior as ‘unacceptable.’ Petitot is currently being interrogated at a Fort-de-France police station.
