The Municipality of Pyrgos plans to propose funding for energy upgrades to its central services building, following a decision by the Municipal Committee. The project, titled ‘Energy Upgrade Interventions to the Municipality of Pyrgos Building’, has a total budget of €1.222 million. The building currently suffers significant thermal losses due to outdated fixtures, identified as a critical issue. The planned improvements aim to reduce heat loss in winter and gain in summer, including replacing windows, restoring external surfaces, and enhancing roof insulation.
