Unison has reported that healthcare support workers at Colchester and Ipswich Hospitals have been underpaid despite a recent pay agreement that introduced a new national pay-band structure. Many workers have received thousands of pounds less than promised, impacting particularly long-serving staff and those working nights and weekends.
