Since October 7, 2023, at least 45,717 Palestinians have been killed and 108,856 injured due to Israeli airstrikes in the Gaza Strip, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry. In the last 24 hours alone, at least 59 people have died. The toll continues to mount as the conflict shows no signs of abating.
