Rugby Star Stuart Hogg Pleads Guilty to Domestic Abuse Charges
Former Scotland rugby captain Stuart Hogg has pleaded guilty to a charge of domestic abuse against his estranged wife, Gillian. Appearing at Selkirk Sheriff Court, Hogg admitted to shouting, swearing, and acting abusively toward her, as well as tracking her movements and sending distressing messages over several years. The court heard that his behavior caused significant fear, leading to panic attacks for his wife. Hogg’s sentencing is deferred until December 5 for background reports, while he remains on bail.
