A major water supply improvement project has been initiated in the Municipality of Vasilis, involving twelve local communities, with a budget of €4.9 million funded by the ‘Antonis Tritsis’ program. The project, announced by the President of the Vasilis Water Supply Company, George Mavridis, is expected to resolve existing water supply issues within a year. Key components include replacing aging pipelines and constructing a water purification unit and a 500 cubic meter storage tank for efficient water distribution.
