A 30-year-old man, charged with the murder of his 43-year-old ex-partner in Agrinio, Greece, is scheduled to testify on Saturday. He was arrested yesterday after negotiations with police and family members in a rural area. Initially resisting capture, he later admitted to family members and police that he shot the victim after she ended their relationship. Moments before her death, the victim identified him as her attacker. The man’s defense will be represented by lawyer Giorgos Kriemadis.
