Taste Atlas has released its list of the 100 best dishes globally, featuring seven Greek dishes. Among them, chops rank 18th, followed by skewered meat, gyros, kleftiko, antonkristo, tsigaristo, roast pork, coq au vin, and souvlaki. Chef Christoforos Peskias discussed the list and revealed his new book ‘Nephrology & Peskias,’ containing 75 recipes for patients with kidney issues, designed by experts.
