On December 20, 2024, two minors were arrested by the Drug Enforcement Unit in Chalkidiki for drug-related offenses during a police operation targeting drug trafficking. The arrests occurred during a high school dance, where the minors were found in possession of cocaine. Additionally, a man and a foreign woman were arrested for neglecting to supervise the minors. A total of 5.4 grams of cocaine, €1,060 in cash, and two mobile phones were seized during the operation.
