Volksbank is set to undergo a reorganization, resulting in the elimination of up to 750 jobs by summer. The bank, which operates SNS, ASN Bank, RegioBank, and BLG Wonen, aims for annual cost savings of around 70 million euros. As part of its strategy, Volksbank plans to consolidate its various brand identities into one and announces a new brand name later this year. CEO Roland Boekhout emphasized the importance of transparency during this transition, which seeks to create a stronger, sustainable banking future for their employees and clients.
